Hi! I saw your post on my talk page. You didn't state what article that you wanted me to review, so I'm assuming that it's the article on Grana Padano. Offhand the edits look pretty good. Removing the content that stated major claims without proper sourcing was a good idea, since it looked like someone tagged it as problematic. The sources you used were good as well.
