Hanaotoko

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Hanaotoko, and it appears to be a substantial copy of http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=606. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. CorenSearchBot (talk) 23:35, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Hanaotoko

A tag has been placed on Hanaotoko requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hanaotoko

While working at Category:Candidates for speedy deletion I came across a new article by you, which was tagged for deletion as copyright violation. You made some edits and then said you had cleaned it up, but it was still plagiarism: while you had changed some words, the structure and content of the article was still mimicking the page you had originally taken it from. Furthermore, the article had nothing but a brief plot summary; no introduction or context to indicate what "Hanaotoko" actually is, and no indication of why it is notable. Therefore, I deleted it.

This is the second one of your articles that has been deleted, and you obviously have shown no progress towards learning how Wikipedia works and what the Wikipedia guidelines are. Furthermore, you are still making simple formatting errors; for example, in this edit, the link you created to go to your Hanaotoko subpage doesn't work at all, you can scroll down the page and click the link and you'll see it goes nowhere. I have told you, numerous times, exactly where to find instructions on how to make links work; I have corrected the links on your userpage, hoping that you would see that and learn how it's done. But still you're not doing it right. No offense, but you seem to display a lack of competence and I don't see how you will ever be able to contribute anything useful to this encyclopedia if you keep on doing things are you are now. If you're not going to learn how to edit properly, you may want to look for a new pastime. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 00:29, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
