Outline feedback

Hi Brent,

We talked about this in class, but you need to focus more on water aspects for Monterey. There is a lot going on with water supply for Monterey, for example look up the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project. There is currently no Wikipedia page for that, so you may wish to create one.
