Dear Boxjam: 'Sorry that my limited knowledge of online work limits my reaching you to this comment. Curious that you were a member yet thought the name English -- that, I'd never heard. I think that I added a citation to my monograph to the Wiki' bibliography for the article on the F.H.C.; another source, though sadly not so careful, is Jane Carson's earlier sociological monograph. You'll find details in either my monograph (typescript in Archives at Swem, or the copies of source materials filed with that typescript in 1973 or '74) or the offprint from the Proceedings of the 8th Int'l Numismatic Congress, somewhat adapted from the earlier monograph. I'd be interested in learning what you may have heard of the P.D.A. in recent years, as I've been told that it has changed a great deal.
