vDub and EALacey

edit

What is the matter? Do you mean to tell me you like Tim Allen and Santa Clause 3? All I am doing is having some humor out of this and who would believe it. Seriously take it easy or I will have to block you both from editing again and give you a Level 10 warning. I am sorry but you both are being very disrespectful so I have no other choice.

Please stop

edit

Editing other people's comments is very poor form. Please stop. BTW, you are not editing my comments but comments someone else made to me Nil Einne 17:12, 13 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to User talk:Nil Einne, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you.

I originally planned to just warn you above but give your history of vandalism, I've decided to give you a proper warning Nil Einne 17:18, 13 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Warning

edit

If you believe any of my behaviour has been unacceptable, you're welcome to tell me what exactly you don't like. In abscence of that, I will just ignore your warning. You don't have any rights to forbid me from editing wikipedia. should you feel that I have done something which should require a banning, you're welcome to take this up with an admin. Good luck with that... Incidently your message "a swift kick, a goat and sent to somewhere in Mexico in a box." could be taken as a death threat or at least a threat of physical violence which is very strongly frowned upon in wikipedia and is a form of personal attack. Nil Einne 02:55, 14 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Nil Einne 10:07, 14 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Cool it

edit

Your recent personal attacks are not constructive here at wikipedia. If you are interested in jokes and humor and are are unable to deal with people who prefer to think of Wikipedia as a serious scholarly pursuit, I suggest you go elsewhere. Wikipedia is primarily about making an accurate, verifiable and extensive encyclopedia. Cephyr 00:40, 15 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Just to let you know

edit

Wikipedia's vandalism policy is quite clear. Wikipedia:Vandalism. Adding jokes and nonsense is vandalism. Specifically:

Silly vandalism
Creating joke or hoax articles, replacing existing articles with plausible-sounding nonsense, or adding silly jokes to existing articles is considered vandalism.

Also, I don't hate you. I don't know what gave you that idea. I didn't even know you existed until you chose to vandalise my page. Nor had I even read your response to my message on the main page. I have no real idea why you took a dislike to me enough to vandalise my talk page and to be honest, given the way you have behaved so far, I couldn't care anymore either. Oh and BTW, if you think altering people's comments is not vandalism see this:

Changing people's comments
Editing signed comments by another user to substantially change their meaning (e.g. turning someone's vote around), except when removing a personal attack (which is somewhat controversial in and of itself). Signifying that a comment is unsigned is an exception. e.g. (unsigned comment from user)

Finally please stop the personal attacks. Saying they're not personal attacks doesn't make that so. If you're unsure what a personal attack is, checkout Wikipedia:No personal attacks or ask questions on an appropriate page such as Wikipedia:Village pump (policy). I'm giving you another warning because if you continue, I will report your continual personal attacks. If you wish to officially complain about me, you're welcome to do so as I've said before. There are appropriate channels, the main page is not one of them. BTW, I don't live in Malaysia. And I didn't take your threat of physical violence very seriously. If I had, I would have asked for you to be blocked immedietly.

Please stop. If you continue to make personal attacks on other people, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Thank you.
