Thank you.

A tag has been placed on Business and real estates appraisals, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article seems to be unambiguous advertising that only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the general criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item G11, as well as the guidelines on spam.

If you can indicate why the subject of this article is not blatant advertising,  . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would help make it encyclopedic, as well as adding any citations from independent reliable sources to ensure that the article will be verifiable. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Valenciano (talk) 09:40, 8 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Removing Speedy at Bmi appraisals

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, thank you for taking the time to create a page here. It might not have been your intention, but you recently removed a speedy deletion tag from a page you created yourself. Because Wikipedia policy does not allow the creator of the page to remove deletion tags, an automated program has replaced the deletion tag you removed from Bmi appraisals. Please do not continue to remove the deletion tag, instead, if you disagree with the deletion, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page by clicking this link. Once there, select the button that says Click here to contest this speedy deletion.
  2. This will take you to the talk page, where you can make your case by explaining why the page does not meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion.

Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do. For further help about the deletion, you could contact the user who first placed the tag or a highly active user who is willingly to help with deletion. This message was left by a bot, so please do not contact the bot about the deletion. Thank you, - SDPatrolBot (talk) 08:22, 18 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

BMI Appraisals

edit

Hello FML198,

Do you see those links (URLs) at the bottom of the BMI Appraisals page? Those are called bare URLs because the reference has no information about the source other than the URL itself. The use of bare URLs is discouraged because if the webpage that the URL points to is deleted or moved, then no one can find it ever again.

You can do yourself a favor and help get that article approved by clicking on one of those bare URLs, then go here in a new tab/window, click the 'An arbitrary website' bubble on the left, then fill out as much information as you can about the source (don't worry if you can't fill all the fields in). After you are done, click the 'Get reference wiki text' bubble on the left. Copy the resulting <ref>....</ref> text (including the <ref> and </ref> tags) and replace the bare URL on the BMI Appraisals page with that reference text you just generated. Do this for each source and it's on its way to becoming an article!

If you have any questions just ask below or talk to me on my talk page. Cheers, Samwb123T-C-E 15:48, 24 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of BMI Appraisals

edit

The article BMI Appraisals has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

no evidence of notability, all sources are primary or trivial mentions, parent company already deleted at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/BMI Group (Hong Kong)

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
