Do you work for Wikipedia ? How have you come across my edit and judged it? Just asking. I have been busy since you sent this and have just had a chance to try and deal with it. I cannot see where to post the text to unblock. Please advise me.

Here is what I need to say to try and sort it out (from what I understand that you wrote).

I confirm that I will receive no compensation for the contributions I have written and understand that I have been blocked as my username (which was an error written late at night when I did not consider it properly) gave the impression that it represented a business.

This was not put on for commercial reasons. The book 'Arthur Pember's Great Adventures' by John Blythe Smart was researched in 2003 to 2006 and is the biography of Arthur Pember. This is the original research for Arthur Pember who was previously unknown. Someone has put much of this information about him on Wikipedia having read this book and not credited it as the source. By removing and blocking it you are suppressing the book's rightful place as the leading source and original research about Arthur Pember.

In particular we discovered his link to Sherlock Holmes as recorded in the book but this link is quoted on the Wikipedia site without referencing the book. This is likewise true of all his family history and the New York Times articles by Arthur Pember which were discovered by original research for the book.

Please unblock me so the book can be entered as is only right as this is not done to sell the book just to point to the source of the information and where more can be read about him and his work is collated and revealed originally.

Please also advise me the correct format to add this book and that it is the original source.

I am a volunteer Wikipedia administrator with 15 years of experience on this website. I came across your edits because your account was reported for a username violation. You must follow the unblock instructions in the block notice above very carefully, using the appropriate template. You can place the template below. We have looked into this matter further and taken advice. The Wikipedia site 'Arthur Pember' has been lifted directly from the book 'Arthur Pember's Great Adventures' except for a few minor additions. The subject headings are a direct copy of those in the book. The information has been posted without giving proper credit in breach of copyright and we have therefore submitted a copyright violation for the page to Wikipedia. We believe you have removed the reference to the book illegally and we would have thought with 15 years experience you would have seen it was a valid source and not commercial. Please supply the contact detail of the person who reported the edit as being commercial since we believe there is foul play by them (or yourself).

We sent this to Wikipedia copyright but maybe you can explain something?

I wrote to you about a copyright violation regarding our book 'Arthur Pember's Great Adventures' and see that someone ordered this from Kindle on 10 May and then returned it. Please can you update us on progress so our book can be put on this site as a source in its rightful place. This issue has left us most anxious.

We just wanted to advise you that were continuing to pursue the matter of copyright, inaccuracy and lack of proper citation on the Arthur Pember site. As a member of the Wikipedia community we shall be monitoring the site for any false, bias or misleading information and endeavor to have it corrected. Decline reason:

You haven't proposed a new username as instructed. Whether your intention here is commercial or not, I assume that you do not publish the book for free and give it away, that you sell copies to at least recoup your costs if not generate a profit. I also assume that you are employed by this publisher. These both make you a paid editor, it does not require specific payment for edits. You also have a conflict of interest.
