I don't know much about the topic or your credentials, but citing your own site doesn't sound any better than our just trusting your edits with no cite at all. In general, WP:SELFPUB is not a reliable source. DMacks (talk) 05:20, 6 May 2009 (UTC)

OTOH, if you have published reputable scholarly research on this topic, those would be okay to my eye; similarly, the published sources you used to do your familial analysis would possibly be usable, again assuming they are published somewhere reputable in the field.
