Paramaguru Devendran Ratnavelu  is the great grandson of P.Rathivelu Thevar ( P.R. Thevar ) who was an Indian politician ,Vice president of justice party ,Indian National Congress leader who served as a  mayor for tiruchirappalli corporation for 5 terms .

Devendran ( Dev ) is an upcoming Entrepreneur and is the co-founder and chief operating officer of  I.T.Staffing firm Proxima centauri solutions and Uphunter Solutions Inc. in Houston,Texas . He is a student of Campion Anglo-Indian Higher Secondary School in Trichy and pursued his Bachelors of engineering in SACET college in trichy.

He was hounoured a Doctrate in Social Work - Women Empowerment  in 2019 for his contribution in creating job oppurtunities for women across the globe .
