I'm not sure. It could be that it refers to a 2nd edition or something, but every other source I found when investigating whether your change (and source) was correct indicated 1833 as the correct date. Hallward's Ghost ^{(Kevin) (My talkpage)} 19:40, 26 January 2016 (UTC)

Why you can`t imagine, that in 1833 the novel had been only began to be published in some periodical issu and finished in 1834? Was published by parts from 33 till 34. The 1st hole edition - 1834, not 1833! Berd-port (talk) 08:17, 27 January 2016 (UTC)

Getting angry because I'm having difficulty figuring out your mix of broken English, French, and some other language isn't helpful. I now realize you're talking about it being serialized. The publication began in September, 1833, and that first appearance was partial (incomplete).
