Speedy deletion nomination of Dar Al Arkan Real Estate

A tag has been placed on Dar Al Arkan Real Estate, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Actually, As you noticed that i was trying to post this Article that talks about Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, and i really sepnt alot of time on it to represent it in a good way, suddenly I surprised by the speedy deletion command on it, However I read alot about how to post an article in proper ways and I read alot from the links that I found in your massege and from the help page,

So I fugured out that my wrong step that i did was in posting the Subject mentioning the category path of this thing" Real Estate " because it might look like an Advertinsing about the company, So i'll consider this as a mistake and I will modify it, so now i'd be highly appreciated if you can advise me what else mistakes that i did in the article ?..in order to avoid any next deletation, actually the article talks about a real state company and it calls Dar Al Arkan it's Based in Saudi Arabia, and its one of the Biggest Real Estate Companies in middle East, I dont mean to make it as an Advetising or anything else, I want to post it as its a natural article, since I noticed such real Estate companies from the middle east that listed in Wikipedia, for example : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emaar http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dubai_Holding

So agian i will be appreciated if you can tell me what else i can do in my article in order to be listed on Wikipedia
