I think this is very one sided and needs to be more neutral. From my perspective I see it as follow:

Gavin has placed between one or more cleanup templates on hundreds of articles, and sometimes one or more editors will disagree that the templates apply. Even if an editor attempts to fix the issue, Gavin will usually assert that the article issues remain, on the grounds that he believes the cleanup issues have not been fully addressed.

I think this sums up the problem better, as the key to understanding the ongoing disputes is (a) are all the cleanup template warranted in the first place? (which follows on from Percy's concern that the outcome of Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Episodes and characters 2#Fait accompli applies to me), and (b) are my beliefs justified?
