I am not this account but just an sportsman from Kosovo. I am not Xoni98 either i dont even know who this guy is so , i appeal for an unblock.

Your best bet here still to go six months with zero edits, then apply under WP:SO with your original account. In addition to needing to address the problems that lead to your original block, you'll also need to address your continued malicious violations of WP:SOCK and WP:EVADE over the past nine months, you'll also need to address your continued lying. 1. I am admitting that i did an big mistake i am Xoni98 but i can't even reset my account and i agree that what i did was wrong , but let me explain that i dosen't wanna harm Wikipedia i am sportsfan i want to inform people , like what i did in the german wikipedia, i agree that i did a big mistake but pleas give me a second chance, at least after some months, as i wanna change my behavior for real right now here. 2. I can understand that you just wanna do your job guys.
3. But in many kosovan or albanian spaces their is no information towards sports in my opinion..
4. I want to apologize for real and hopefully after some time you give me a chances to see that i am not , doing you any harm. Even is the opposit as i wanna inform people.
