I edited the Borama reference to correct misleading information that is giving to wikipedia users which is deliberately false. As you know Somalia is recovering from civil war and the only internationally recognized state is the Federal Republic of Somalia. Attributing to a non-existing state any part of the Federal Republic of Somalia, of which the region of Awdal and the City of Borama belong to is misleading. There is no state called Somaliland (anyone can verify that). It is a a name used by one of the clans living in the north western region of Somalia who wants to ceceed from the Federal Republic of Somalia and that is all . Therefore, the information about Borama should follow the legal and internationally recognized info. My intend is to restore the legal and correct information about Borama. We do need a neutral arbiter party here.

Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
