- BWilkins' advice on WP:REFUND is good - best to make a draft article in your "user space" at User:Avlakop/Omer Bhatti - click on that "redlink" to start - and when you have done post a request at WP:Requests for feedback to ask for comments on it. JohnCD (talk) 20:57, 22 October 2010 (UTC)
