A Wikipedia user page is for someone who is active in working for the project to give a little information about themself in connection with their work for the encyclopaedia: it is not a place to post any other kind of material. You are, of course, very welcome to start making contributions to the encyclopaedia, in line with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, if you are interested in doing so, but if you wish to have a web page to post other information, then there are many web sites which provide that sort of service, but Wikipedia is not one of them.
