Conflicts of interest

edit

It would be wise for you to review the conflict of interest guidelines. In general, it is not a good idea to use Wikipedia to promote your own books, or even to present the appearance of doing so. Instead of citing your own book, if there's information missing from the article, try citing the sources you used when you wrote your book. Rest assured that if your book is indeed the best source of information, someone else will cite it when adding that information. If you're interested in helping to write Wikipedia, you're welcome here, but it would be a good idea for you to try to help without presenting the appearance of self-promotion. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 22:29, 21 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
