Request reason:

Because I am new to Wikipedia and don't even know more about its techniques. I placed my more than 4/5 comments in span of a few days for undeleting an article last time. I didn't know that it would make me block. Now that article has been deleted from Wikipedia. I am just now aware of my block. I will never make continuous comments on anything and do any such abusive stuff on Wikipedia. I am sorry and I didn't do that willfully. I desperately want my account back and also my IP address 202.52.235.145 is also blocked. Here IP addresses are shared by thousands of users perhaps and that would prevent others from editing the articles. I have realized my mistakes and don't want others too to suffer from my mistake. Now I'm really nervous and scared. Please unblock my account and IP address too. Thanks!

Decline reason:

You are not blocked for making comments, you are blocked for abusing multiple accounts, so you'll need to address that if you wish to be unblocked. Also, that IP address is not blocked, so you don't have to worry about any other users being affected. —DoRD (talk) 15:09, 20 July 2012 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Proposed deletion of Youth Leader Magazine

edit

The article Youth Leader Magazine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No independent sources, no indication of notability apart from the unsourced UNESCO claims (and even if those are corretc, notability is not inherited. Does not meet WP:GNG.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
