Mathieu function reference clarification

Asympto, I just now did some reformatting of the references you added to the Mathieu function article a few weeks ago. It was unclear to me, however, which reference you are referring to in the statement "In the second reference, terms of this expansion are obtained explicitly … " Would you mind clarifying this in the article? REPLY: Hello, There is no such reference as the one cited with authors Müller-Kirsten and Roquette. Who is Roquette??? Please remove. I regret that somebody else removed the asymptotic expansion(s) I had put in. Maybe I look at it at some other time again. Cheers. H.Müller-Kirsten.

Darwin–Fowler method

I changed the title of the article called Darwin-Fowler method (with a hyphen) to Darwin–Fowler method (with an en-dash) and reorganized the introductory sentence to bring it into line with WP:MOS. The reason the link to distribution functions didn't work is that it was a link to the plural rather than the singular. I changed it to link to the singular and created a new redirect so that linking the plural to the article whose title is the singular. Michael Hardy (talk) 18:07, 8 August 2016 (UTC)
