A-Spine Holding Group Corporation was established in the British Virgin Islands by Mr. Chih-I Lin in 2002. The mission of A-Spine Holding Group Corporation is to research and develop the latest orthopedic surgical and medical products especially for spinal implants. Prior to the formation of ASH (A-Spine Holding Group Corp.), Mr. Lin had invested his self-funded in a medical device company, Central Medical Technologies (CMT), which focused on manufacturing medical devices. ASH has signed an Original Equipment Manufacturing contract with CMT so that it concentrates on R&D. Its products are mainly distributed through the leading distributors such as Zimmer (Asia), Acuna & Fombona S.A. (Europe), and Cosmotec (Japan) etc.
