August 2014 edit

Hello, I'm NeilN. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Aam Aadmi Party, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. You need to provide coverage from independent sources. NeilN talk to me 18:12, 1 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Aam Aadmi Party, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 19:09, 1 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Aam Aadmi Party. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. NeilN talk to me 19:10, 1 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Should you need further explanation as to why this material continues to be reverted, please open a discussion on the article talk page. Continuing to revert will violate the three-revert rule and is likely to lead to a block from editing. If reliable sources have not yet covered the material, we cannot and will not accept it into the article at this time. Seraphimblade Talk to me 20:38, 1 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

November 2014 edit

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Thomas.W talk 19:01, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Warning for adding spam links to multiple articles.[1] Thomas.W talk 19:44, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply

Your recent edits edit

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:13, 1 November 2014 (UTC)Reply
