Yes as bots can create a lot of problems fast.

Also on WP you are typically only allowed one account.

If you get approval to run a bot, a bot account is allowed but needs to have a special name with bot in the title.

What language are you writing in? And when it comes to bots do you have specific areas of interest?

Happy to unblock, but I'd need assurances that you're going to avoid using bots or automated scripts until you get the proper approvals. This is exactly the kind of "testing in production" problem that can pop up when you don't. Kuru (talk) 02:48, 15 April 2017 (UTC)
