Welcome to Wikipedia, Arch880! I am Calaka and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Hey sorry for the late reply. But in answer to your question: You might need to explain your problem a bit more to me. I am not sure what the problem is? Do you mean that there are two different topics when you type Hisoft and hiSoft? If so that will depend on the notability of the two articles and which one is more well known. E.g. When someone types in George Washington on Wikipedia search, they are more likely searching for the president rather than the guy who invented stuff. But I think your best bet would be to see what someone with more knowledge would have to say (I have not heard of both so I can't determine which one is more important). Hopefully someone will come around to help you once you placed the below tag and direct you to somewhere appropriate. Cheers and sorry I couldn't help more.Calaka (talk) 09:32, 25 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

{{helpme}} What's your question? Tim Song (talk) 09:38, 25 August 2009 (UTC)Reply

My question is that when I search hisoft, it immediately goes to the hisoft page, which as the page suggests is a company that "appears to be in a state of limbo". The page I created, hisoft technology international (hisoft), is among one of the top outsourcing companies in China with +$100 million in revenues. Clearly, the second one should be the primary topic when I search "hiSoft" on wikipedia. However, I havent figured out how to change this so that hiSoft Technology International is the first page to show up. Do you have any suggestions as to how I can accomplish this?

Your help is very much appreciated Arch880 (talk) 05:46, 26 August 2009 (UTC)Arch880Reply

I'm unfamiliar with either company. I'd normally suggest starting a thread on the talk page of the old company, but it seems that no one's touched the article after it was created, so that's probably futile. Taking it to Wikipedia:Requested moves is probably your best bet here. Tim Song (talk) 06:56, 26 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
