Hello, Anuragpolk, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Anuragpolk, I understand you're a student and are working hard, but you've made quite a mess of Pollination: the article is repetitive and disjointed, and uses multiple terms in multiple sections for the same things. I'm trying to clean it up but am seriously considering just reverting it to an older, cleaner state. When you're working on an existing article, you need to see what's there, and fit your material into and around it: sometimes, of course, it may be possible and prudent just to replace a section. Simply adding multiple new sections that don't respect the topic as a whole is not ideal. Probably it's best to add one smallish piece at a time rather than adding 5000-byte lumps for other volunteers to sort out later. Chiswick Chap (talk) 10:57, 21 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
