Repost of Chester Romans
edit A tag has been placed on Chester Romans requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia, because it appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion process. If you can indicate how it is different from the previously posted material, contest the deletion by clicking on the button that looks like this: which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}
) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's discussion directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. If you believe the original discussion was unjustified, please contact the administrator who deleted the page or use deletion review instead recreating the page. Thank you. Re: Chester Romans article
editMy apologies for the delay in responding - life has been *really* hectic over the last couple of months!
OK, I deleted the article because it was a recreation of an article which had been deleted after a discussion (see (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chester Romans).
The main problem is that before we could even discuss the creation of an article, you would need to show significant coverage at reliable sources which are independent of the subject. Social websites, the club's own website, it's sponsors' websites, etc are unsuitable - and it needs to be shown that the club meets Wikipedia's notability criteria.
The existance of similar clubs' articles does not indicate whether this club should have one. If other clubs do not have the significant coverage and do not meet the criteria, perhaps they should be deleted - but if they do have the coverage and the criteria are met, then they should be kept; neither of these conditions relate to this club itself!
If you have some coverage, and can state which notability criteria the club meets, I am happy to discuss this further with you.
Please feel free to contact me with any other queries, about this or other articles.

Speedy deletion nomination of Soul Action
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Soul Action, requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. (See section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
