Nami Tamaki Article - Recent Vandalism edit

What, you mean you don't trust an editor who awards herself her own barnstar for editing the Nami Tamaki article? This vandalism is mild. My guess is she really believes the stuff she's posting. I just edit articles that interest me and have no insight on the inner workings of Wikipedia. We can look into escalation if she keeps at it.

You want to see vandalism? Take a look at what Large Hadron Collider, another article I watch and occasionally edit has been getting. TJRC (talk) 00:20, 10 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

OK ... it seems like what the two of you might want to do is first post about this situation to WP:AN/I, with all relevant diffs, and see what other admins think would be best. Let her know; give her an opportunity to respond.

Should that fail, your next step might be a Request for Comment. Both of you would need to show good-faith efforts to try and discuss this with her, but since two of you are involved you have enough users (assuming you both sign within 48 hours). Others will certainly comment; it might lead to some informal sanctions or restrictions. After that, it could go to mediation, or to the ArbCom if it takes that much to solve it.

Also, have you been reporting her vandalism/disruptive editing to AIV? If it's that bad, I'm surprised mine was the only block (it probably came in response to an AIV). Daniel Case (talk) 02:33, 10 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

WikiProject Professional wrestling newsletter message edit

It has recently been brought to the attention of WP:PW that the newsletter is being to delivered to several users who have not been actively editing for several months. As a result, their talk pages have become increasingly large, unmanageable and slow to load due to a lack of archiving.
In response, this message is being sent to all editors listed in Category:WikiProject Professional wrestling participants to say that anyone who does not list their name at Wikipedia:WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Active before May 16 will be automatically listed at Wikipedia:WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Nospam, and will no longer receive the newsletter or any notification of it. If you are added to Wikipedia:WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Nospam, please feel free to remove your name if you desire.
If you wish to continue receiving the newsletter as normal, please add your name to Wikipedia:WikiProject Professional wrestling/Newsletter/Active. If you simply wish to receive notification of a new issue, but not have the full newsletter delivered to your talk page, please add your name to the notification only list.
If you have any queries please contact me at my talk page or leave a message at WT:PW. Thank you for your co-operation. ♥NiciVampireHeart♥ 00:36, 2 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
