August 2018 edit

Your recent editing history at Aberdeen F.C. shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Anti-British sentiment edit

In your edit of 14:23, 20 May 2019 of Anti-British sentiment, you introduced markup

<ref>{{Cite book|title=Política Británica en el Río de la Plata|last=Scalabrini Ortiz|first=Raul|publisher=La Biblioteca Argentina|year=1940|isbn=84-95594-76-5|location=Argentina|pages=https://www.mpeargentina.com.ar/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/SCALABRINI-ORTIZ-RA%C3%9AL.-Pol%C3%ADtica-Brit%C3%A1nica-en-el-R%C3%ADo-de-la-Plata.pdf}}</ref> that leaded to controversial and discussed actions for many argentinian governments such as the [[Roca–Runciman Treaty]] and the [[Treaty of Madrid (1989)]]<ref>

and the URL supplied in the pages parameter (!!) is now a dead link, or at least for me, I get a Server not found error. Would you please clean this up? —Anomalocaris (talk) 00:10, 28 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi! If you doubt it's about the source: It's a reference from a book written by an argentinian journalist. It has info of the book and no page referenced because the book itself it's about the economic relationship between both countries and the politic one between their governments. "Política Británica en el Río de la Plata" from Raúl Scalabrini Ortiz (1940)
If it's only the link I saw and yes it died. But with the title of the book You should be able to get a link to a pdf easily in spanish. I think it's solved but from My phone I can only download pdf's but not see them un google. Check it now. Angel Millo (talk) 03:22, 28 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Thank you for providing a working link. The pages parameter is supposed to have page numbers, not a URL, so I changed the parameter to url. I didn't log in to actually look at the PDF. I added a {{page needed}}| template because typically book references have them. Please find a page or a short section of pages that most strongly supports "Anti-British feeling in Argentina originates ... from ... the presence and continued intervention of British capital and companies together with their disproportional political influence ... associated with the local oligarchy and its economic model based on the primary sector and commodities." —Anomalocaris (talk) 15:02, 28 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

March 2020 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Celtic F.C., disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Johand199 (TalkContribs) 19:45, 1 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for the advice but I have to confess that as a foreing speaker of english language I could need some help for use the recommendable structure of redaction. Angel Millo (talk) 19:50, 1 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hello again. I missed the discution. I saw many people saying that there's a protocole for creation of articles for footballers (I didn't know it but I imagine there should be) and they focussed that this player didn't play in a club competing in a fully professional football league but I have the doubt about UEFA competitions; those footballers from clubs such as Linfield or Glentoran like Hunter took part at UEFA level in competition such as the UEFA Champions League.
