Draft note

edit

Hi - I wanted to drop you a quick note. I'm a little concerned that the draft is a little too "how to understand" per the header that says "what is proposition 2". It would be good to review the article on 2008 California Proposition 8 since that gives a good general overview of how the article should be formatted. That said, I'm not terribly worried since a lot of this is just tweaking content to fit Wikipedia's style guidelines, but I did want to let you know.
