Wikipedia does not use 'currently'

edit

Wikipedia is an enduring encyclopedia and consequently does not use 'currently' (see WP:CURRENTLY) - if you make changes to motorcycle racers, please indicate the year clearly, for future readers. Thank you.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 18:53, 26 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Too many paragraphs. Hard to read.

edit

Thank you for your comments on Dani Pedrosa and Cal Crutchlow. Both of these have been engorged by a new editor who is very difficult to deal with and is currently (see what I did there - it's dated below) blocked for edit warring, but this is only temporary. I agree with you, but new editors making substantial changes that they think are better are complicating things, needing unproductive down time to remedy. Please do not make changes that are not simple without firstly suggesting it in the Talk page.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 19:03, 26 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please read

edit

Please do not add your own thoughts, as you did at Marc Marquez in this change without adding a supporting reliable published source.

Please do not mark edits as minor when they change the way the article is read and/or understood. Minor is for spacing and typographic errors.

Please use edit summaries, so that others can easliy understand what you have done.

It's important that you learn these things early on.

Thank you.--Rocknrollmancer (talk) 19:10, 26 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
