It looks to me as if you are saying you are Frankfurt55, in which case the unblock request should be made there. It also looks as though you are saying that more than one person used that account. If you aren't Frankfurt55, why does your username matches the title of artcle created by him, in addition to both of you having the same IP? Do you know Frankfurt55? In fact we are new in wikipedia and do not understand a lot of it.We do not know what to use and where to use we are close to sixty and computer is a big chapter us.It is very difficult question,I actually do not know why he adopted this user name.Only I know he lives in a street which number is 55.I know him personally.He is our club secretary.He knows me too,we all are member of same club.We came Germany in the same year due to political repression of Military Goverment of Bangladesh.We belong to same political organisation. He was a freedom fighter either.Like many others he also knows about my activties during our freedom fight. He is a writer and regularly writes article in Bangladesh Newspaper. He useto edit in wikipedia and told me about 2 months back that I found Operation Jackpot in Wikipedia but the commanders name is not written correctly,as he knew that I was commander of Operation Jackpot Mongla. He also told me in order to edit the mistakes he needs some references,I gave him two books and a journal and he edited the Operation Jackpot,as well as Bangladesh liberation war which are mean while reverted by Admin Future perf.at Sunshine.He told me he can write biography of me.I told him its not necessary,but he wrote the biography. After that it was deleted by Fut.Pef. at Sunshine then Frankfurt 55 again apply for unddeletion this was reviewed by Admin Gerame Barlett,then again it is tagged by Fut.Pefr. at Sunshine to be deleted.I know him very personally,we all are member of same political party and same club.We are using our club PC thats why we are having same IP address.Frankly,I shall not edit any article because I have seen Frankfurt55 edit with book references and these were not accepted by Admin Fut.Pef.at Sunshine he reverted all edits.I have also noticed that all edits are to be approaved by many editors and Admins.Frankfurt 55 has created a bad impression on Bangladesh to Admin Fut.Pefr. at Sunshine,but in reality it should not happen.He should know how to manage a crocodile if he is an animal of water.An Admin here is very powerful,all new editor must be able to gain faith and respect from Admins and other editors.Only than he staying in Wikipedia will be useful. I am not writer,thats why I can not edit a lot,but If I could, then I would edit my biography and deleted it.Because there is a saying in Begali language if the villagers does not obey you do not try to be a boss.Here Admins are not liking us,it means if even I am very notable person my biography will be deleted.I do not know if the honourable Admin Fut.Perf at Sunshine will see this but I am begging aplogy to him for any kind of bad behaviour or bad activties created by Frankfurt55 which makes him annoyed. I've already declined one, so I won't decline this appeal, but I'd agree. Shared accounts make attribution of edits, which is required by Wikipedia's licenses, extremely difficult, and open security risks besides. I do not expect that your account will be unblocked. It's probably all a lie anyway. It's a single person; the whole "Frankfurt55 and Aminur R. K are two different people" story was nothing but an ill-conceived WP:LITTLEBROTHER excuse from the start.
