You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for operating multiple accounts in violation of WP:SOCK, and generally being disruptive. We've been trying to communicate with you for a while, but either you don't know how to see this, don't understand it, or are choosing to ignore it. If you want to keep editing Wikipedia, you need to do several things. First, you need to stick to one and only one account. Second, you need to stop blanking things you don't like or otherwise disrupting pages. Finally, you need to accept that, unless you can provide reliable sources, we can't have an article about Ghoganwali. As soon as you can provide a reliable source, I'll show you how to make the article. But until that point, no such article can be created.
