Hello, Ali.marie, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

My recent edit

edit

Hi,

I'm 65HCA7, a Wikipedia editor of over three years who was scanning the abuse log for problematic edits, and your recent edit to Pia Guerra tripped the "adding emails to articles" filter, so I indiscriminately reverted it.

However, upon re-reading the diff and further examination of the edit, my revert was in error, as your edit was obviously constructive and in good faith; adding extra information to an article is always appreciated, and thank you for your contributions and welcome onboard! :) I am deeply sorry for my error and apologize for spamming your notifications or creating any alarm or stress.

Cheers! 65HCA7 23:55, 30 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for letting me know!

I'm still getting used to using Wikipedia, and I really appreciate your message. :)
