I enjoy working on the article with you but I'd like to ask you to please try to provide complete references - that means full publication details in the case of books or magazine articles, or if it is an online source please provide the actual website address. In the case of books the ISBN number is very useful bit of information - it is often possible to construct an entirely complete citation from just the number. I've managed to find the books you've "referenced" by searching Amazon for the titles but I have no idea where to search for the official accident reports - at the very least you should provide the complete exact title - including case/file numbers if there are any. The point of providing references is to make it possible for a reader to find the source for themself whether it is online or in a library or bookshop.
