Stick to the sources

Stop removing reliably sourced information, as you did here. Stop replacing sourced information with unsourced original research as you did here. I'm seeing similar behavior here. This was also inappropriate, since there was a cited source right at the end of the sentence. If the cited source did not support that part of the sentence, then it would have been different, but that source does indeed support the whole sentence.

Wikipedia summarizes non-primary mainstream, professionally published, academic or journalistic sources. It does not use original research. In short, do not change an article if that change is not supported by a source, and be sure to pay attention to citations that are already in the article.

Also, you need to quit marking your edits as minor unless they meet the standards at Help:Minor edit. Ian.thomson (talk) 09:39, 8 February 2016 (UTC)
