If I add something to an article but the formatting is incorrect, does this count as vandalism or will someone re-format it for me? Thanks. --Adam Esmail 10:04, 13 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

As long as it's a good contribution, somebody will fix it up; but before you make an edit you should read Manual of Style. --JD[don't talk|email] 10:05, 13 July 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Camino icon.png edit

Image:Camino icon.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 18:46, 1 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

WP:CVU status edit

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you! Printing edit

{{helpme}} In trying to print one of the articles on WP, specifically Large Hadron Collider, the text is too small to read. On other articles, however, the printed text is a good size. Is there anyway I can make the text print bigger in certain articles? Thanks Adam Esmail (talk) 21:45, 21 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

The text looks fine to me - I'm afraid this is a problem with your printer or browser. Make sure that you're not scaling the page way down when you print and that the printer knows that it's accepting letter-size paper. Help:Printable might be able to help out as well. Sorry.
