Welcome!

edit

Hello, Acadwiz1, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.

I noticed that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have a conflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in a neutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions have already been undone for this very reason.

To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask another editor to proofread it. See our help page on userspace drafts for more details.

In addition, if you receive, or expect to receive, compensation for any contribution you make, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation to comply with our terms of use and our policy on paid editing.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, visit the Teahouse, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask on Talk:Mala Rao, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Again, welcome! Hi there,
I wanted to inform you that I am working under Mala Rao herself and she is my employer. All the changes I made was under her guidance and will. Can you please simplify how to disclose my client and how. Acadwiz1 (talk) 13:39, 26 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
Acadwiz1, the disclosure you've made on your user page works perfectly. Apologies for the delayed response. I've asked for help from the primary contributors to Wikipedia's Mala Rao article at Talk:Mala Rao § Connected contributor. I'm hoping the previous editors of the article can help review your contributions and reinstate material as appropriate.
Many people have a misperception that Wikipedia is a place to promote one's self or business, so they'll create or update articles about themselves in a way that reinforces their brand identity, rather than in a way a neutral encyclopaedia article should be written. I'm disinclined to revert the material again, and I'm hoping the earlier editors of the article can help you with updating it in such a way that it's satisfactory both for Wikipedia and for Mala Rao as a biographical subject.
