AfD Nominations
Hi. I just noticed that when you created Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/United states presidential election in Kentucky 1960, you didn't fully complete the nomination process. I've gone ahead and completed it. For future reference, see WP:AFDHOWTO for instructions on nominating pages for deletion. --LP talk 02:09, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
Proposal for Speedy Deletion of Article on Chance Records
I'm sorry, but this proposal for speedy deletion looks to be coming out of left field. I see nothing on your Contributions page that indicates any particular interest in either music history or American record companies. Chance was an R&B oriented independent label operating in Chicago in the 1950s. It was responsible for over 90 releases on the parent label, plus another 10 on subsidiaries. On the talk page I have mentioned a few of the artists that Chance recorded. The company closed because its principals moved over to Vee-Jay Records, whose article I doubt you will nominate for speedy deletion.-RLCampbell (talk) 01:26, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- Please check the guidelines in WP:GD Section 4.1 before proposing another article for speedy deletion two minutes after it appears.-RLCampbell (talk) 18:31, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- Greetings Abc518. Please review the criteria for speedy deletion before tagging further pages. There are plenty of pages out there that really need the chop, but for this particular article a simple notability tag would have sufficed and would help make Wikipedia a lot friendlier.--Technopat (talk) 23:53, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- I changed it to AfD within minutes btw. --Abc518 (talk) 23:55, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks for talkback tag.--Technopat (talk) 00:30, 5 August 2009 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chance Records
Greetings! Can you clarify what you propose to become of Chance Records in the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Chance Records? It's hard to tell whether you think the article should be deleted or are neutral on the subject, and I can't tell if you've looked at changes to the article that might change your opinion. —C.Fred (talk) 23:45, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
