December 2009 edit

Your recent edits to Talk:Josip_Broz_Tito could give Wikipedia contributors the impression that you may consider legal or other "off-wiki" action against them, or against Wikipedia itself. Please note that this is strictly prohibited under Wikipedia's policies on legal threats and civility. Users who make such threats may be blocked. If you have a dispute with the content of any page on Wikipedia, please follow the proper channels for dispute resolution. I recognize that you couched it in a hypothetical, but you're flirting with the line on the policy on legal threats. Please, if you believe someone is violating policy (and I'm inclined to agree with you that DIREKTOR was violating WP:BLP), address the problem per the Wikipedia guidelines laid down. Making specious legal threats is more likely to get you blocked than it is to address the problem.ShadowRanger (talk|stalk) 22:09, 16 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

By the way, I have rewritten DIREKTOR's comment to express his opinion without WP:BLP issues. I would appreciate it if you would remove the legal quasi-threat yourself though. Would you please do so? —ShadowRanger (talk|stalk) 22:14, 16 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
Not a problem, sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the notification and correction. AP1929 (talk) 01:45, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

WP:ANI report edit

Since after all I am the one being threatened with legal action, I hope Shadow won't take it against me if I report User:AP1929. Apologies Shadow, but I would like to bring this to the attentions of the community.

User:AP1929, you've been reported for legal threats here. However, I would like also to take this opportunity to sincerely apologize if my choice of words has offended you or anyone else. I promise you am normally not that uncouth. The post is indeed highly inappropriate, it will not happen again. --DIREKTOR (TALK) 02:18, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Just fyi, the matter has already been settled. --DIREKTOR (TALK) 03:09, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
You put on such a nice show, too bad I'm all but too wise to believe any of it. Also, I'd prefer if you didn't post on my Talk Page, thanks. AP1929 (talk) 21:36, 17 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Sorry edit

Hi! I'm sorry because of how you have been treated on Tito's talk page. Can i ask you a question? Why haven't you reported the user that keeps calling you Ustase, fascist, ...? Personally, i think it's irritating to read such insults and i am astonished you are tolerating them. Best regards --AndreaFox2 (talk) 18:12, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hi there,I think the fact that I haven't and that he has on numerous occasions (fail) speaks volumes. The difference between us, other than the obvious - is that he was born in yugoslavia and I wasn't. He thinks that he can communicate with people outside of his underworld, but he really can't without pointing fingers, screaming and shouting etc. Typical Balkan syndrome. I actually find it funny that he even tries to engage in various arguments with me -whether that sounds arrogant to you or not - simply because there is no way of him knowing what I know if you live in present day Croatia. Thanks for the support though. AP1929 (talk) 19:50, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Encyclopaedia Britannica/BBC-History edit

Just added Encyclopaedia Britannica/BBC-History statements to the Tito article. Thank you for your support.

Ps. Could you please try and keep cool, just be concise (some of your points are good). Sir Floyd (talk) 00:00, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

I have to advise you in the same way Floyd did. there's no need to be rush. --AndreaFox2 (talk) 16:17, 19 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Stop using my talk page to have an argument with User:DIREKTOR edit

Please consider taking your unconstructive, name-calling arguments with DIREKTOR to a blog, there are no limitations there for obscenities and insults. On Wikipedia, you know that is a violation of its principles, personal attack is not permitted. Stop this fighting on my talk page, take it some place else.--R-41 (talk) 12:54, 20 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

1 week block edit

When you are being discussed on WP:ANI, the appropriate reply is not to go the reporting editor's talk page "because I can" and to insult them there. If you want to be welcome as an editor of Wikipedia, you have to stop acting in such a way. Fram (talk) 11:51, 5 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hello edit

I'm also Croat, but one frome Bosnia and Herzegovina, and also member of Croatian Party of Rights. I saw your activity on Pavelić's talk page, and I would be pleased if you would contribute ther with sources and with respect for other users., Direktor is left on political scale, so I understand his wievs and wishes to add "war criminal" and "Yugoslav", but also he isn't stupid, I'd even say he is smart and he deserves my respect. And I ask you for one more time, please, come to talk page, and we can even win this disscusion.--Wustefuchs (talk) 14:38, 2 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

This is your only warning. If you make personal attacks on other people again, as you did at Talk:Ante Pavelić, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. TNXMan 17:22, 2 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Blocked edit

You were warned (above) and didn't listen. You have been blocked for two weeks for continuing to make personal attacks here. Please read our policy and comment on content, not contributors. TNXMan 00:07, 3 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

Hi! edit

I saw that you are original uploader of this image. I wonder if you could upload more of images from your personal collection connected to Ante Pavelić, Ustaše or NDH, because I'm trying to promote article Ante Pavelić to good article status. Thx.--Wustefuchs (talk) 17:54, 23 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

Blocked indefinitely edit

To enforce an arbitration decision, you have been blocked indefinitely from editing. If you believe this block is unjustified, please read the guide to appealing arbitration enforcement blocks and follow the instructions there to appeal your block.

Notice to administrators: In a March 2010 decision, the Committee held that "Administrators are prohibited from reversing or overturning (explicitly or in substance) any action taken by another administrator pursuant to the terms of an active arbitration remedy, and explicitly noted as being taken to enforce said remedy, except: (a) with the written authorization of the Committee, or (b) following a clear, substantial, and active consensus of uninvolved editors at a community discussion noticeboard (such as WP:AN or WP:ANI). If consensus in such discussions is hard to judge or unclear, the parties should submit a request for clarification on the proper page. Any administrator that overturns an enforcement action outside of these circumstances shall be subject to appropriate sanctions, up to and including desysopping, at the discretion of the Committee."

For the reasons stated here, I have blocked this account indefinitely, the first year of which block is made under the authority of WP:ARBMAC#Discretionary sanctions, and subject to the protections noted in the template above. In addition, under the same authority, you are hereby banned indefinitely from all articles, discussions, and other content related to the Balkans, broadly construed, as specified in WP:TBAN. The topic ban is to run concurrently with the indef block, and shall come into effect if the block is lifted for any reason. T. Canens (talk) 04:01, 26 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
