Agitator edit

You wrote on my user talk page, "You have been identified as an anti-semitic agitator by the Aeurian Order. From now on, your edits will be closely watched and reverted if neccessary. AO Charles 05:20, 9 April 2006 (UTC)AO Charles" I will give you the benefit of the doubt and presume you are not out of your mind. I'm a Jew. I'm the main author of Wikipedia's articles on Yiddish theater, and one of the two main contributors to secular Jewish culture. If I'm an "anti-Semitic agitator", it is pretty hard to imagine who is not. -- Jmabel | Talk 18:58, 9 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

Do not tell any more editors they have been "identified as an agitator". It is considered harassment and you will be blocked without further warning. If you have conflicts with other editors and are striving to reach a neutral point of view, do so through rational and reasoned discussion, not through notifying them that their edits are being watched, or implying you believe they are not to be trusted. Very sincerely, JDoorjam Talk 03:08, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Please do not create any Aeurian Order accounts. The two you have linked to have been blocked because they are solely used to harass other editors, which is not what wikipedia accounts are for. Cheers, Mak (talk) 05:14, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
Hi AO Charles. It is possible that you don't quite understand our policies; I see you have labeled two of our best editors on Judaism-related topics as anti-semites, and for now I'm going to assume you are just a newbie who just doesn't quite understand what is going on here. You need to understand WP:NPOV -- that includes creating user accounts such as the "Aeurian order", which is a misuse of the user space. The message you leave on talk pages accusing people of being anti-semites are breaches of WP:Civility and WP:NPA; please don't do that! We function here by being friendly and assuming good faith. Thanks, Antandrus (talk) 05:21, 10 April 2006 (UTC)Reply
