editHi, here are my notes:
- With header titles, avoid using questions as titles since those don't fit Wikipedia's style guidelines and can come across as an essay title. Instead, use something like "2016 - current". With section headers, also keep in mind that if the prior section is titled 2006-2010, the next section should cover the years 2011 - 2015, instead of 2010-2015. Since the 2010 - 2015 section only really deals with things that came up in 2010, I'd merge this material into the prior section. Don't worry about making sure that there's a 2011 - 2015 section - if there is no coverage during this time, then there's not much that can be done and it makes sense to jump forward a little in time. Although if you're concerned, you can retitle the section 2011 - current.
- Make sure that content you're adding isn't already covered elsewhere in the article. For example, make sure that some of the more recent material isn't already covered under the 2006–2010, if some of the material is meant to be a followup to points raised years earlier.
- With sourcing, make sure that you're not relying too much on a single outlet, such as DC Water, as this doesn't really show a good depth of coverage and will really only back up the claims or response by DC Water.
