Wikipedia is an Encyclopedia
editHi. I think you've got the wrong idea about Wikipedia. It's a collaborative project to build an encyclopedia. It is not a social-networking site like Myspace and Facebook, where people post about themselves. edithello, I had to remove much of the content that you added to Diversity (business) because the links were to a personal log in and did not provide enough information to ensure that the content was published. Rather than simply including the link to a pay site, you will need to provide information about the author and publisher as described here: WP:CITE. You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.
Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
