Good work on your additions to the article Glass ceiling. I wanted to note two things. First, only the first letter of article headers should be capitalized except in the case of words that are generally always capitalized, like the titles of books or the names of people. Second, consider adding more information to your citations so readers can more easily locate your sources, such as the volume and issue number of the journal and the doi of the article, if available.
