No new name suggested. I'm sorry, but we can't 'let you out on parole' (so to speak). There is no right for your client to have a page, and if they and their article do pass our policies, there's no urgency. I advise you to read WP:TOU, our terms of use - especially the part about editing for pay. You should also read WP:COI. WP:USERNAME will explain one part of your block, and WP:SPAM the other.
