I explained exactly why I blocked your previous account, that you cannot use the name of an organization per our username policy. It had nothing to do with your helpme notice, I didn't even see that at the time, I simply saw your userpage. Your new username is fine, but you still need to read our conflict of interest guidelines. Also, striking a belligerent tone with other users is unhelpful; I understand your frustration, but I'm really not here to put you or anyone else down. - Seconded. There's a reason TBotNL left a block notice at User talk:BountyBooks: so you could read it and know why that account was blocked.
