Hi, I've seen your reply on my talk page. I'm wincing a bit, I'm afraid. There were tons of these geometric slab-serifs in the 1930s, they all copied each other and had alternative characters, and there were goodness knows how many phototypesetting versions. My list just scratched the surface. And if it's used alongside ITC Avant Garde it's very likely it could be Lubalin Graph, which we don't have an article on but is essentially Avant Garde's slab serif companion, very popular from the 1970s onwards. Font identification is tricky and unless you've got a source-a known expert on fonts, or the original designers-saying what they used, I'm not keen on adding this to the article, as it's starting to feel like own research.

If you find this interesting, I recommend submitting it to Fonts in Use, a website showcasing interesting uses of fonts that I've sometimes added things to. One reason is, genre sources can easily be considered an opinion and not fact. Genre's are a touchy subject here on Wikipedia and without discussion/consensus, regardless of your source(s), your addition or removal will most likely be reverted. Your edit has been reverted and archived in the page history for now.

Unsourced genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive.
