No point of blocking this sock since his IP changes everytime and he starts again, just range block him for multiple heavy personal attacks despite this would sacrifice those ~5 people which would maybe try to edit using this IP range. Snowflake91 (talk) 19:45, 22 July 2019 (UTC)
