Phil I have tried I am still blocked ?. What is going on ?. Will I tell you what it says when I try to edit ?. I have looked into the technical data behind your edits. You are right that Google Chrome seems to be allowing you to edit, the "regular google" you mention is actually not anything to do with google. I don't want to disclose your information without permission, so I can't say what it is directly. That said, I don't see why you would have issues editing from that one unless another program set something up. (I have the same brand of phone you do) So you can always try providing a screenshot to us via email (see WP:CONTACTCU) and I can try and help you from there. Of course I am still blocked today but from a different ip number they are saying to disable the proxy or the vpn I haven't a clue how to do this, I don't even know what they are talking about.
