Help me! edit

Please help me with... I have made some small improvements to the artical on David Webb. − The following year Chelsea beat Real Madrid in another replay to win the European Cup Winners Cup. Although he spent much of his Chelsea career as a right back, he also played in central defence (his original position) and occasionally as a centre forward, once hitting a hat-trick against Ipswich Town in December 1968. He wore every shirt from 1-12 at Chelsea, bar number 11. Ipswich were once again witness to his versatility when he played as a goalkeeper for an entire match, on 27 December 1971, keeping a clean sheet in the process and then scored 2 goals in the return fixture as a centre forward in March 1972. There are many ways of resolving this; you are not trapped arguing with one editor; there are many editors who would be willing to hear your case. Wikipedia:Dispute resolution lays out your options.
I notice you've posted to the article's talk page. You should read Wikipedia:No personal attacks, which is a policy. I recommend adjusting your tone significantly and avoid aggressive statement like some egoistical person, instead of acting like a jackass. You'll get much farther if your posts are short and to the point, and focus on the content instead of the people involved.
No, Wikipedia is not just a place for people who think they can bully everyone else, but IP address sometimes get the short end of the stick. I recommend creating a named account; it has many benefits, and little downsides.
Regarding the user in question deleting your comment, the user actually just blanked their entire talk page. Additionally, your comment was not posted in a new section; make sure to post new comments at the bottom of the page and precede them with == Section name == to start a new section. You can also click the "New section" button at the top right on talk pages.
Add {{help me}} again or add {{ping|Retro}} to ping me if you need more help. Retro (talk | contribs) 12:11, 22 May 2019 (UTC)Reply
