You don't have to log in to read or edit articles on Wikipedia, but if you wish to acquire additional privileges, you can simply create an account. It's free, requires no personal information, and lets you:
- Create new pages and rename pages
- Edit semi-protected pages
- Upload images
- Have your own watchlist, which shows when articles you are interested in have changed
If you edit without an account, your IP address (82.8.85.194) is used to identify you instead.
We hope that you choose to become a Wikipedian and create an account. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, or you can to ask for help on your talk page, and a volunteer should respond shortly. We also have an intuitive guide on editing if you're interested. By the way, please make sure to sign and date your talk page comments with four tildes (~~~~).

Infobox dates
editHi, when updating infobox stats you should update the |club-update=
or |pcupdate=
parameter for
club stats, or the |nationalteam-update=
or |ntupdate=
parameter for international stats, by
adding five tildes (~~~~~), which generates the specific time the update was made. Thanks, Mattythewhite (talk) 23:09, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
- Please keep this in mind. Mattythewhite (talk) 19:40, 25 August 2018 (UTC)

Infobox dates (again)
editWith regard to this edit, please remember to update the timestamp, per the advice above. Not doing so creates work for other editors and is therefore disruptive. Thanks, Nzd (talk) 12:32, 19 August 2018 (UTC)

Infobox timestamps
editHello, I'm Mattythewhite. Welcome to Wikipedia! I just wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Leander Dendoncker were not quite right. When updating statistics within the infobox of a footballer, please make sure you update the timestamp at the same time, so that both readers and fellow editors know when the information was last updated.
You can do this by replacing the existing timestamp within the |club-update=
or |pcupdate=
parameter for club stats, or the |nationalteam-update=
or |ntupdate=
parameter for international stats. For articles that use a DMY date format, use five tildes (~~~~~), or for MDY dates, use {{subst:mdytime}}. This will generate the specific time the update was made.
If you have any questions about this, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you, Mattythewhite (talk) 00:41, 18 January 2019 (UTC)

editHello, I'm GiantSnowman. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Sherwin Seedorf, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. editPlease refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Ryan Bennett (footballer). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.
- If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor, please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page, and seek consensus with them. Alternatively, you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant noticeboards.
- If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.
Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Per #Infobox timestamps. Mattythewhite (talk) 23:51, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
