February 2014 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but in this recent edit you removed a speedy deletion tag from John Paul Galea ( Singer ), a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion and appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. It needs to meet the notability policy before we can say he's notable enough to deserve his own article. K6ka (talk | contribs) 20:19, 22 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself, as you did with this edit to John Paul Galea ( Singer ). Please make your case on the page's talk page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. Puffin Let's talk! 20:19, 22 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

I belive it does meet the policy . Please let me know what your thoughts are if not— Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.218.85 (talkcontribs) 20:20 22 December 2014 (UTC)

Nevermind - it isn't notability - the article has been deleted in the past and has been recreated without permission. Also, please sign your posts by adding ~~~~ to the end of your comments. K6ka (talk | contribs) 20:22, 22 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

Once again wikepedia editors being unfair - a point raised a while ago on this subject . John Galea will have a page one way or another— Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.218.85 (talk) 20:26 22 February 2014 (UTC)

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button (  or  ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Deletion review edit

Please stop re-creating the page. You will get yourself blocked. The correct procedure to follow is to make your case at Deletion review.  —SMALLJIM  20:33, 22 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

I understand that however the whole of the talk page of John Galea has been blocked. The discussion is blocked and not one administer has any reason why the page was deleted after two years -when other singers who are lesser known and unsigned have a pages . It shouts how corrupt Wikipedia is . Never feat the world has a lot of computers .— Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.132.218.85 (talk) 20:36 22 February 2014 (UTC)

You open a new discussion and bring the issue back up. Wikipedia is not corrupt - we just enforce our own set of policies. Much of our website is built by the community, not by a small group of people. K6ka (talk | contribs) 21:35, 22 February 2014 (UTC)Reply

December 2021 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Derek Oliver, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 10:52, 1 December 2021 (UTC)Reply
